ಧರೆಯ ನೀರ್ಗಾಗಸದ ನೀರಿಳಿದು ಬೆರವಂತೆ ।
ನರನ ಪ್ರಾಕ್ತನಕೆ ನೂತನಸತ್ತ್ವ ಬೆರೆತು ॥
ಪರಿವುದೀ ವಿಶ್ವಜೀವನಲಹರಿಯನವರತ ।
ಚಿರಪ್ರತ್ನನೂತ್ನ ಜಗ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೧೨೯ ॥
ಭೂಮಿಯ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಆಗಸದ ಮಳೆಯ ನೀರು ಇಳಿದು ಬೆರಯುವಂತೆ, ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪುರಾತನತೆಗೆ ನೂತನತ್ವ ಬೆರೆತು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಹರಿಯುವುದು ಈ ಜೀವನ ಲಹರಿ, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಹಳತು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸತದರ ನಿರಂತರ ಸಮ್ಮಿಲನವೇ ಈ ಜಗತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ.

ರಾಮನಡಿಯಿಟ್ಟ ನೆಲ,ಭೀಮನುಸಿರಿದ ಗಾಳಿ ।
ವ್ಯೋಮದೆ ಭಗೀರಥಂ ತಂದ ಸುರತಟಿನಿ ॥
ಸೋಮನಂ ಪೆತ್ತ ಕಡಲೀ ಪುರಾತನಗಳಿರೆ ।
ನಾಮೆಂತು ಹೊಸಬರೆಲೊ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೧೩೦ ॥
ರಾಮನು ನಡೆದಾಡಿದ ನೆಲ, ಭೀಮನು ಉಸಿರಾಡಿದ ಈ ಭೂಮಿ, ದಿವಿಯಿಂದ ಭಗೀರಥ ಈ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ತಂದ ಆಕಾಶ ಗಂಗೆ, ಸಮುದ್ರ ಮಂಥನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಷೀರಸಾಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಆ ಚಂದ್ರ ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಪುರಾತನವೇ ಆಗಿರಲು, ನಾವು ಹೇಗೆ ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸಬರಾಗುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು.

The river Ganga that Bhagiratha brought from heaven to earth is still flowing. The ocean that gave birth to the Moon (during the divine churning) is still around. ಪುಲಿ ಸಿಂಗದುಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸ,ಹಸು ಹುಲ್ಲೆ ಹಯದುಸಿರು ।
ಹುಳು ಹಾವಿಲಿಯ ಸುಯ್ಲು, ಹಕ್ಕಿ ಹದ್ದುಯ್ಲು ॥
ಕಲೆತಿರ್ಪುವೀಯೆಲ್ಲ ನಾಮುಸಿರ್ವೆಲರಿನಲಿ ।
ಕಲಬರಿಕೆ ಜಗದುಸಿರು - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೧೩೧ ॥
ಹುಲಿ, ಸಿಂಹ, ಹಸು, ಜಿಂಕೆ, ಕುದುರೆ, ಹುಳು, ಹಾವು, ಇಲಿ , ಹಕ್ಕಿ, ಹದ್ದು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಉಸಿರಾಡುವ ಗಾಳಿಯೇ ನಾವು ಉಸಿರಾಡುವ ಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆತುಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಉಸಿರು ಕಲಬೆರಕೆ ಉಸಿರು ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ.

ರಾಮನುಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸವಲೆದಿರದೆ ರಾವಣನೆಡೆಗೆ? ।
ರಾಮನುಂ ದಶಕಂಠನೆಲರನುಸಿರಿರನೆ? ॥
ರಾಮರಾವಣರುಸಿರ್ಗಳಿಂದು ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗಿರವೆ? ।
ಭೂಮಿಯಲಿ ಪೊಸತೇನೊ? - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೧೩೨ ॥
ರಾಮನು ಉಸಿರಾಡಿದ ಉಸಿರ ರಾವಣ ಉಸಿರಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ರಾಮನೂ ಸಹ ರಾವಣನ ಉಸಿರ ಉಸಿರಾಡಿರಬಹುದಲ್ಲವೇ. ಅಂದು ಬೀಸಿದ ಪವನನು ಇಂದೂ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಂದು ರಾಮ ರಾವಣರು ಉಸಿರಾಡಿದ ಉಸಿರು ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೂ ಇರುವಾಗ ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯಲಿ ಹೊಸತು ಯಾವುದು ಎಂದು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಎತ್ತುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು.
"Would the air exhaled from Rama not wandered near Ravana? Would not Rama have inhaled air exhaled from Ravana? Would the same air breathed by them not be still around during our times? What is new in this earth?" - Mankutimma

ಬಹಿರಂತರಗಳೊಂದು ಭೂತಭವ್ಯಗಳೊಂದು ।
ಇಹಪರಂಗಳುಮೊಂದು ಚೈತನ್ಯವೊಂದು ॥
ಬಹುಪಾತ್ರನಾಟಕದಿ ಮಾಯೆ ಶತವೇಷಗಳ ।

ಒಳಗೂ ಹೊರಗುಗಳು ಒಂದೇ. ಭೂತ ಭವಿತವ್ಯಗಳು ಒಂದೇ. ಇಹ ಪರಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಆಗಿರುವುದು , ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಒಂದೇ ಚೈತನ್ಯದಿಂದ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಯೆಯೆಂಬ ಮಾಯಾಂಗನೆ ಆ ಚೈತನ್ಯಕ್ಕ್ಕೆ ಹಲವಾರು ರೂಪಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಲು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಎಂದು ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
