ಕೇಳಿಯುಂ ಮಾಯೆಯದು; ನೃತ್ಯಗತಿ ಬರಿತೋರ್ಕೆ ।
ಮೂಲಮಂ ಕಂಡಂಗೆ ಸಂಭ್ರಾಂತಿಯೇನು? ॥
ಆಳದಲಿ ನಿರ್ಲಿಪ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಯತಿಕ್ಲುಪ್ತ ।
ಲೀಲಾಪ್ರಿಯಂ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೯೪ ॥
ಆ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನ ಆ ಜಗನ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೇವಲ ಮಾಯೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ. ಅದರ ನೃತ್ಯ ಬರೀ ತೋರಿಕೆಯಷ್ಟೇ!. ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಪರಮ ಚೇತನದ ಮೂಲ ರೂಪದ ಅರಿವಾದರೆ ದ್ವಂದ್ವಗಳಾಗಲೀ ಸಂದೇಹಗಲಾಗಲೀ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ತನ್ನ ನಿಜರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ ತನ್ನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಲಿಪ್ತ, ಆದರೆ ಈ ಜಗನ್ನಾಟಕದ ಚಿತ್ರ ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ನಾಟ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನಡಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ವಿನೋದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಲೀಲೆಯಂತೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Thinking may also be an illusion (of free will). The well choreographed world order is only a show. If a person has realised the root of it all - he will look through this illusion. On the surface it may seem as though the creator also is bound by rules and subject to some form of attachments; underneath he is totally detached and is truly free. ಶ್ಯಾಮಸುಂದರನವನೆ ಚಕ್ರಿ ನರಹರಿಯಂತೆ ।
ಸೋಮಶಂಕರನೆ ಭೈರವ ರುದ್ರನಂತೆ ॥
ಹೈಮವತಿ ಶಿವೆ ತಾನೆ ಕಾಳಿ ಚಂಡಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ।
ಪ್ರೇಮ ಘೋರಗಳೊಂದೆ! - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೯೫ ॥
ಶ್ಯಾಮಸುಂದರನೂ ಅವನೇ, ಚಕ್ರಹಿಡಿದು, ಶಿಶುಪಾಲನನ್ನು ಅಂತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಆ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣನೂ ಅವನೇ, ತನ್ನ ಕೈ ಉಗುರುಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿರಣ್ಯಕಶಿಪುವನ್ನು ಕೊಂದ ನರಹರಿ ರೂಪದ ನರಸಿಂಹನೂ ಅವನೇ. ಸೌಮ್ಯ ರೂಪದ ಚಂದ್ರ ಶೇಖರನೂ ಅವನೇ, ಉಗ್ರರೂಪದ ಭೈರವನೂ, ರುದ್ರನೂ ಅವನೇ. ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ರೂಪಧರಿಸಿ ಹಿಮವಂತನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಪಾರ್ವತಿಯೂ ಅವನೇ, ಉಗ್ರರೂಪದ ಕಾಳಿ ಚಂಡಿಕೆಯೂ ಅವನೇ. ಹೀಗೆ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ, ಪುರುಷ, ನರ, ಸಿಂಹ, ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಶ್ಯಾಮನ ರೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಶಾಂತ, ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇಮ ರೂಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಘೋರ ಮತ್ತು ರುದ್ರ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದ ಹೂರಣ.
Shyamasundara (beautiful and dark - krishna) is none other than Chakri (the one with divine wheel as a weapon - to kill shishupala) or Narahari (Lion faced man who killed Hiranyakashipu). Lord Shiva is describes as Somashekhara (decorated by the moon); also as Bhairava (the frightful) and Rudra (the destroyer). Shiva's wife Parvati - also known as the pleasing Haimavati (daughter of Himavat - the mountain God). She is also the Kali and Chandika; both were her incarnations to kill demons. ಸತ್ಯವೆಂಬುದದೇನು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಡ ತಾಂಡವದಿ ।
ನೃತ್ಯವೇ ಸತ್ಯವಲ ಕಡಲಲೆಯ ಬಾಳೊಳ್ ॥
ಮಿಥ್ಯೆಯೆಂಬುದೆ ಮಿಥ್ಯೆ; ಜೀವನಾಟಕ ಸತ್ಯ ।
ಕೃತ್ಯವಿದು ಬೊಮ್ಮನದು - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೯೬ ॥
ಇಡೀ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಡದ ಶಾಂತ ಮತ್ತು ರುದ್ರ ತಾಂಡವದಿ, ಸತ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದು ಆವುದು. ನಮಗೆ ನಾವು ನಡೆಸುವ ಕಡಲ ಅಲೆಯಂಥಾ ಜೀವನವೇ ಸತ್ಯವಲ್ಲವೇ? ಮಿಥ್ಯೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಈ ಜೀವನದ ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಆ ಪರಬ್ರಹ್ಮನಾಡುವ ಜಗನ್ನಾಟಕವೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ.
What is the truth in this world run by the cosmic dance? What we think as truth is not the real or complete truth in this life that behaves like waves at the ocean - temporary, but endless. If we say everything is a lie/illusion, then we open the door for that hypothesis to be false also. All we can confirm as truth is that "we are alive at this moment". ಧರ್ಮವೆಂಬುದದೇನು? ಕರ್ಮವೆಂಬುದದೇನು? ।
ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಡಕಥೆಯೇನು? ಜೀವಿತವಿದೇನು? ॥
ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವೆಲ್ಲಕು ಮೂಲ ಮಾಯೆ ತತ್ಕೃತಿಜಾಲ ।
ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವೇ ಜೀವನವೊ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೯೭ ॥
ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಎಂಬುದು ಏನು? ಕರ್ಮ ಎಂಬುದು ಏನು? ಈ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಡದ ಕಥೆ ಏನು ? ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನವು ಏನು ? ಈ ಜೀವನವು ಜಗತೀಗೆಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಮೂಲವಾದ ಆ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾದಂತ ಒಂದು ಮಾಯಾಜಾಲವೋ? ಆದರೆ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನೇ ಜೀವನವೋ? ಎಂದು ಒಂದು ಮಹತ್ತರ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
What is Dharma? What is Karma? What is the story of this universe? What is life? The Supreme being is the cause of every thing. This world is an illusion created by him. He is the life in all of us. - Mankutimma.

ವಕ್ರಋಜುಮಿಶ್ರ ಜಗವದರ ಶೋಧನೆ ಧರ್ಮ ।
ಪ್ರಾಕೃತಧ್ವನಿಮಿಶ್ರವದರಡುಗೆ ರಾಗ ॥
ವ್ಯಾಕೃತದಿನವ್ಯಾಕೃತಾದಿಸತ್ತ್ವಕೆ ನಿನ್ನ ।
ಜಾಗೃತಿಪ ಮತಿ ಧರ್ಮ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೯೮ ॥
ಅಂಕು ಡೊ೦ಕುಗಳ, ನೇರ ಸೊಟ್ಟಗಳ, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸತ್ಯಗಳ, ಕೇಡು ಲೇಸುಗಳ ಬೆರಕೆಯೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಈ ಲೋಕ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಶೋಧಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ನಮಗೆ ಅರಿವಾಗುವುದು ಲೋಕ ಧರ್ಮ. ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲದ ಒರಟು ಯೋಚನೆ, ರಾಗಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಸಂಕೃತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಮಾಡಿ, ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಸತ್ಯದ ಅರಿವನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳಿಸುವುದೇ ಧರ್ಮ ಎಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಕಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
This world is a mixture of things that are straight and crooked. To search for the truth is Dharma - our duty. Just like when different kinds of sound mixed well gives out music - such different kinds of things are required in this world to make it beautiful. This wisdom which leads us to the ultimate unified truth from all the fractured truth is called Dharma. - Mankutimma
